They showed up within 30 min of my panicked call to them regarding water in our house.

The guys were super quick and professional when it came to explaining things and getting the job done. They came to check everything promptly and called each time. I would recommend them! My only complaint is that they were rough with my furniture when moving it to take up our floor. One of the legs of my love seat (Wooden) ended up cracked and chipped. Luckily it is hidden by an end table. Other than that, the service was great!

The men that came were friendly and professional. The only problem I had was when the men started taking down drywall, they didn't put down enough drop clothes on the furniture or office.We had dust everywhere.

Warning- Document! Take nothing they say at face value. Make sure it is in writing. They do not acknowledge wishes of owner, and with misinformation given, information withheld, and gaining permission by getting a signature for something like "to get the workers paid", only to find later he had given himself permission to make decisions about property without owner's input, and a host of other problems to be raised. Promises were broken immediately-disregarded, but they were not documented in writing, so didn't count! Itemized labor costs are down to them screwing in a light bulb, but they think nothing of removing an entire room of items of their customer and taking to the dump, claiming if anything was salvageable it was packed for storage by workers and will show up when get belongings back- only that happens at the end of a claim, and too late!! They even chose what they wanted to/restore of mine, while discarding items I personally brought them to have cleaned. I could get no information on what I had for keeping , what was discarded, nothing. Insurance company paid them, too, even with my complaints, and turned out to have been taken from my household good coverage. They were paid for items I did not want or ask to have cleaned- either because I did not plan to keep them, I could clean these everyday items, myself, or that their value was not worth the cost ( garage sale hats, boxed items going to charity, tshirts, sweats, underware, dog beds). Most items returned were damaged, or missing parts. They also made themselves at home and usedmy personal items without permission. I wanted to keep some of these items after their work done, but after many repeated reminders,the items weren't kept. Also stated in various ways, and times, not to touch stain glass, I wanted to get myself, but it was removed anyway. Gnot some back, many not to be seen again, nor have I ever been told where they went. It is hard for me to believe that brand new items I had, were taken to the dump. I took a big loss on personal belongings, and had absolutely no documentation it existed, because Golden promised a photo of every item removed from house, and that they'd be shared with me. He lumped most together as "unscheduled personal property" on his work reports- headed to dump ,and they were paid to remove them. But no consideration was given for my loss of money, or it's personal value to me, or even that it was in perfectly good condition, whether I wanted to salvage it or not. He kept some things for no good reason,though, and returned to me things I had no intention of salvaging- did not want them- and he discarded others for the same. All the belongings I had to my name, and I had no say as to what became of them!! Most of them anyway. -+
Golden's did an excellent job of explaining what the process was they were doing and when they expected to be finished. Very professional.
Mr. Golden is great and his staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
