They did a great job at a good price.

I contacted Golden Coast Construction & Restoration after I had contacted five or six other firms to do the re-siding on my house in Sausalito. At the time I was feeling discouraged because we had an encounter with another company. They bid on the job but decided not to follow through. When I met Jim, the owner of Golden Coast Construction & Restoration at the initial interview he was absolutely charming. He was also very concerned to do quality work for a reasonable price and it was apparent to me that he was part of a generation making siding the way that it was done in the past with high quality and attention to detail. There was actually a little mistake in the order and the gutters were the wrong color and he was very gracious in correcting the order. My house is on a shared driveway and I have difficult neighbors but the crew did their best to get their work done and not cause any waves or riffs on the driveway.I would use them again if I ever needed to get some more of the trim done or if I ever need some Hardy siding. I would use them for any construction purpose.

I was very happy with the installation of Hardie Siding on my house. Alex and his crew did a first rate job. Attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Jim did an excellent job of presenting product and covering all phases of installation. Only cause of concern was the lack of communication from Golden Coast office, but once I received the call for start date those concerns dissipated.

They had poor communication. They used product other then what the contract specified. A week after it is finished, I still do not have the final permit from the city and it has not been closed out.

With the problems with the weather, it made everything kind of urgent. Taking that into consideration and looking at the final product, I am pleased.

The job Golden Coast did on my residing was truly amazing. I expected a quality job, and I got one but beyond that was the attention to detail the installation crew constantly showed. They did little things to make the job as close to flawless as possible. I truly appreciated the entire effort but will always remember the extra efforts the crew showed.

Never met the project manager and had to call constantly to get status. The work crew worked hard and long hours and they were fine. Just no contact from anyone from the front office other than emails about payments.

I invite friends and family to simply come by and see the completed project. It is simply amazing!

the men working on my house were the best people . They joked around with my grandsons nd made them feel great. even my dog on the days they dont come sits by the window and looks for them, Like how come their not here
