Excellent workmanship, very accommodating and friendly, professional crew

Overall I am frustrated and disappointed in Gillette Roofing. Good communication up to the install but once the install started it was very slow and with the weather the way it was, it had me very concerned that I would get rain in my house. When it should taken 2 maybe 3 days due to the weather it took a week and me having to call and demand it be finished on the weekend when I was told Monday like it was no big deal. I have security cameras around my house and when I see people sit in there cars for hours on end and not doing anything or showing up at 9am and spilling his beer and needed to use my hose to clean it up so the "home owners" don't smell it (I have the video), it really makes me question the quality of the roof I got. The gutters look Ok but not the greatest. My back patio had tire marks all over it. I was offered $250 off my bill which just made be more irritated that they didn't want to fix it. I will give you credit, it was finally removed and was fixed after three times out. The way Steve the owner did handle it, was good, but it should of never came to that.

He worked with me to get the most improvements / upgrades. I appreciated his answering questions, giving insight when offering suggestions, honesty, and professionalism. Mrs Gillette was my go to person by phone, helpful and informative. My instillation crew was fantastic.
