Jackson Home Improvement, of Valparaiso completed installation of windows at our home in Schererville. We got a great price from them for 11 windows and a sliding glass patio door.
The “Provia” Endure range is affordable, secure and Energy Star rated, they have a lifetime warranty, and they look fabulous.
Did I mention how happy we are? Truly delighted! These windows turned out so nice!
The four-man installation crew, led by Kyle, worked carefully and professionally both inside and outside our home.
They were diligent about protecting our floors and interior. Even in extreme temperatures, 18 °F, they continued to work inside and out.
Always courteous when talking with us and communicated well with each other while on site. It was such a pleasure to witness a professional crew at work, talented carpentry, and skilled workmanship. The job was completed in two and a half days.
The small piece of interior trim that was missing from one window has been ordered from Provia and it will be brought to our house next week. I will definitely be giving this crew a Christmas gift when they come by the house to install that piece.

This may seem like an over-the-top review, but that's because Jacksons Home Improvement is over-the-top. Expertise, communication, friendliness, and superior craftsmanship are definitely their recipe for success. After getting our windows replaced by Jacksons, we will use them for whatever services we need that they provide.
From contact to completion, the job was totally stress-free for us. From the beginning of our search, their website was very informative. They have a convenient online chat where we set up an appointment, had great follow-through, answered all our questions (even the dumb ones,) and were honest about what needed to be done to replace our old windows. From that point on, they under-promised and over-delivered.
Most importantly, we cannot say enough about Eric and his crew for the amazing job they did. First, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Second, they are the most honest and hardworking contractors we've ever encountered. They communicated everything. They explained what they were doing and let us know upfront if they had any questions or encountered any problems. The job was meticulously done in unbelievable time. There were at least 6 or more people working on our windows and all of them were friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Jackson's did an amazing job replacing our windows, as our existing windows were at the the end of their life. After shopping around, we were very impressed with the price and quality of windows that Jackson's offered. The crew that did the work was phenomenal. It only took them 2 days to replace 15 windows. They were very professional, helpful and meticulous in their work. Plus they cleaned up, inside and out each day. I could not have asked for anything better. I am looking forward to using Jackson's again for my other home improvements in the future. I HIGHLY recommend Jackson's to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

Get Jacksons Home Improvement completed a large project for us. We had vinyl siding, new basement windows, gutters and downspouts and a sunroom added to our circa 1895 home. We were very pleased with the job from start to finish. They were detail oriented, professional and best of all, there were no surprises. We made some changes to the project mid-way through, but Ron and his team were flexible and were able to accomplish everything we asked of them. I highly recommend this company.
