Started out with incompetent workers, showing up days after scheduled, then taking shingles off and not being prepared for rain. Thousands in damage to the interior my house. Had water coming out of light fixtures and ac vents and quite a bit of drywall damage. The roof didn’t pass inspection once they “finished”. So they had to come out again to fix that. Then a few weeks later had water running down our wall from the area around the chimney not being sealed properly. Had different workers come out to fix it and ended up having to redo a large portion of the chimney area. Now part of the roof is sagging and nobody wants to address it so thankfully there’s a warranty and I don’t have to deal with them anymore. If you have to deal with the owner good luck. Mike will be more than happy to lecture you about being unhappy with a flooded house than hire competent staff or own up to his own inability to effectively run a company. It’s been the worst experience with the most incompetent people. If there’s a dispute about the accuracy of my review, Im happy to provide the photo and video evidence of the unfortunate events.

3 months after completion I'm still waiting for the warranty paperwork. I've called & called but still no paperwork. I may have to resort to contacting the local officials or TV stations to see what can be done to get my warranty. If it's this difficult to get the paperwork, I know getting any warranty work done may be impossible based on past experience.
I had a great experience with Coastal the job was excellent, and had no complaints with the workman ship . We have had lots of rain and NO LEAKS anywhere thanks you to Warren
They were the only roofer who actually picked up their phone or called me back in a timely manner and quickly resolved my situation... Will use again!
