My insurance connected me with GCPro after a leak caused water damage to my ceiling and floors. The mitigation was resolved pretty quickly. I worked with Adam for repairs and he stayed in constant communication even when my insurance was slow to respond. The guys did really good work and I'm happy with the end results.
We used this company to assist with cleanup after our sewer line busted. This company was TOP NOTCH!! They were efficient and fast, but they still did all the right things to protect my items. GCPro provided a quote, but we ended up using someone we've used in the past, and regretted it. We are confident that the quality of clean-up efforts would be the same quality during reconstruction and wished we had used them. In the future, they will be my first call for any work needed in my house.

Mike, my head person, is exceptional.
I did refer them to a co-worker because I believe them to be better than most GCs and their Project Manager, Adam was good. The reality is that there is a shortage of skilled labor so the guys come and go as they please and their work is rushed. They do enough work per week to keep you mildly content, but a 40 hour job lasted 3 weeks with a rotaing cast of 2-3 guys with only one constant.

GCPro worked with my insurance company (Allstate), and were prompt and professional with respect to both the damage mitigation and restoration, quickly removing wet carpet, wallboard and base molding throughout the basement, as well as built-in cabinets (including a 10 foot granite countertop). They dried out the basement with their industrial dehumidifiers, replaced all damaged elements, including carpet, and repainted the entire basement. They worked with me on pricing as well as last minute changes and improvements. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend GCPRO! From mitigation to restoration. Great people and expert workmanship. We hired GCPRO for a water damage insurance claim which resulted in a new basement and kitchen. They did a fantastic job! We are hiring them again to rehab our bathrooms. Our neighbors recently hired them as well and were very happy they did!

They came in and had cleaning supplies, but everything was already clean. They could have said, "This looks good enough, what would you like us to do?" Instead they just swept a little and wiped the clean tables and took pictures of themselves to make it look like they did something.
