They mishandled my stuff. They packed things up, and wrote derogatory stuff on some of the boxes, and I am not happy with them. They were very unprofessional.

When a lot of my stuff came back, it was dirty. There were some liquids put in with electronics. There were some things that got damaged as a result of the way things were packed that shouldn't have been done that way. The supervisor came in and stated it could be used for a teachable moment, but the damage to a lot of stuff had already been done. The good thing is they did try to make it right, but some of the damage had already been done. There are some things that just cannot be replaced.

They were amazing. They were even able to get the dog scent out of all our clothes and blankets that we had been trying for years to do.

Different movers packed up my home. I didn't receive and inventory or even a count of boxes. They left the house a mess with paper, tape, water bottles, food wrappers, etc. When household came back again no inventory. Boxes were all mixed up. Boxes were not labeled as to what was inside. At first I was upset abut this, but after a few boxes I realized inside the boxes were all mixed items. This made unpacking real hard as I had to hold items apart to find the other part(s) it go together.I am minus a lot of my things. I have several things where I have only parts of the glass set, small appliance, etc.

I am completely dissatisfied with FRSTeam. They damaged a significant amount of our items and lost a significant amount of our items. They damaged more of our items than the hurricane did. I am still in dispute with them over items that were lost or damaged. I have zero faith and trust in this company.

In general we were not happy with FRSTeam. They broke $3,500 worth of items. We would never recommend them.
