What was going to be a two-day project took a week. On the first day, they peeled off all my shingles, then came back the next day and placed them on; however, there were many defects. There were at least 20 to 25 different flaws I was not happy with. The crew who did the project decided they were not going to finish what they started. They had another crew come out, only two guys, and they started fixing the flaws. They would come around 10 AM and leave around 6 PM. I reviewed the contract, and they did not replace the items specified in it. The whole project took one week. The last time they went up there, the shingles were not of excellent quality. I have sent pictures to Frontline. Owens Corning said it could have been a pack of faulty shingles. Now I am thinking my whole roof has faulty shingles. We're currently at a standstill, waiting for the manufacturer's response. I would not recommend Frontline Home Solutions to anyone. No one called me; it was all through texts. I am the one who had to climb up on the roof to guarantee that the project was finished properly. They also did the foam in my attic. A subcontractor did the attic. They dropped insulation throughout my whole house. It was a horrible experience overall. They were a little cleaner when they came back. The roof is not completed to my satisfaction.
My interactions with Frontline Home Solutions people were positive. I am happy with the roof that was installed.
