I cannot count how many times I have called Freedom, Roofing, Windows and Siding LLC because they did not do the work correctly.

This company is veteran owned and operated, the final product of the roof was everything we expected and more. The roof looks beautiful, both on the house and the garage. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family who may need a roofing company. Of the few things that weren't perfect. They did what they could to resolve it. I.e some communication issues, and some scheduling issues.
I was surprised to find that a subcontracting roofing company put my roof on. The roof did look beautiful when it was finished and that is the final outcome that we were looking for..

They honor and treat our veterans like they should be.

Great workmanship.

They did a great job on the roof but not a good job replacing the gutter guards. They were notified and said that they would make it right, but I haven't heard back from them since.

Lack of communication. Didn't show up when scheduled and no info to let me know. I had to ask for info and it didn't come quickly. Was originally told start time of 8:30, this crew was working before 7:30.

Excellent replacement of my roof. Quickly got my job scheduled, showed up on time and completed in one day. Very satisfied!

Overall, my roof and gutter installation process with Freedom roofing was great. From Sales through installation the roof was taken care of. I reached out to multiple people throughout the process and they were always willing to answer my questions and talk. We even had a couple of trees get damaged during installation and Freedom wrote me a check for the damages. They were professional and respectful. I had a great experience.

The team did a very thorough job cleaning up. They were working very well under high winds. They finished it in one day. I appreciated them!

They came out quickly, answered all my questions about what we needed done, than got me financed in minutes.

They called me to schedule the work the next day and showed up when scheduled and did the work quickly and cleaned up.

The communication could be better. At this point, I'm waiting to hear back from my realtor about buying and selling the house. We were made to believe the entire roof was being done. Only part of the roof was done, and it's now leaking. I'm waiting to hear back from my realtor.

Excellent experience all around, from the initial site visit by the CEO to final cleanup and quality control inspection. Site cleanup was phenomenal even in light of my old tar paper disintegrating into a million small pieces. The installation crew covered our bushes to keep them clean and did very minimal damage to my wife’s expansive flower beds. I have already recommended Freedom Roofing to friends.

Freedom Roofing provided quick communication during the quote phase of my project, gave me a competitive price, performed superior work providing me with good communication throughout the entire job, and I ended up with a roof installed in a timely manner, at the exact price quoted, and with excellent workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, and to use them again on another house if I ever need them.

Although there are a few issues to resolve, Freedom Roofing took on this large, challenging project completing it in record time, and were very organized with keeping the job site in order.
