They were definitely on time and professional. They kept in touch with me. They were good about cleaning up the job site, including getting all the nails up. They had another crew come to make sure all the nails were up. They made sure nothing was left. Everything was just as it was before they did the project.

The experience started out really well. The process was explained and Juan was very patient with me. He went over everything regarding the hail damage and replacement. The experience didn't end very well. They quoted something and I found out after the fact, they wouldn't be able to repair it. They explained it to me, but honestly, I didn't understand it. It was done by phone. He tried to explain to me why they couldn't do it. It had to do with my gutters. The contract had to be revised to delete what they weren't going to be able to do. I am trying to hire someone else to do the replacement for me. Had I known they couldn't do everything, I wouldn't have gone with them to begin with.

Above and Beyond Professionalism! Between the prompt communication and great product, I highly recommend for anyone needing a new roof.

The crew was excellent. They worked together wonderfully. They had an established routine, and everyone had something to do. Furthermore, they cleaned up well after the job. They were just wonderful, I was impressed.

They were really easy to work with. They did not push back on giving me a quote. They gave me a quote within 30 minutes of me asking. They did it in person. I was appreciative of that. They gave me that without a hassle. They were easy to work with throughout the process, and I would recommend them.

- Quality of work is decent at best, lots of cutting corners and lazy work
- No communication during the project and very unprofessional

Freedom was amazing company to work with, explained the entire process starting from insurance process to completed new roof. My old roof was ugly damaged from hail, we looked over colors but I wasn't for sure, the technician actually took me out to another satisfied customer and showed me what it would look like in the sunlight. I left for work in the morning and came home to a new roof that completely changed my entire look of my house.
