Macayla was very informative. I had opportunities to go with other companies but she won me over with her knowledge. I decided to put her to the task and went ahead and said yes to their team. When the team got here, they were fast, efficient, sweet, nice and had everything prepared.
They did a great job on my roof and we are very happy. Our family feels safe with the new roof.
They left my roof uncovered for 30-some-odd days until I had to get another organization. We went through a lawsuit with them as well because they wanted to say they completed the work, which they hadn't. I incurred water damage from their negligence and had to pay out-of-pocket for things that they messed up.

I am glad they were able to put it on quickly. It has really helped with are cooling and heating of the home. I hope they check the copper tubing on older homes. We had the nails go through our tubing, but they did fix the issue.

I had my cabinets refaced. FHIA promised to do the job in 3 or 4 weeks, it took more than 4 months.During this time the salesman who sold the job left FHIA and the first subcontractor who was doing the install left FHIA. Incorrect materials were brought to my home on two occasions. It took about six try's to get all the needed materials. . I was promised a new door for the appliance garage but I never got it. Work was done by three different crews and I ended up with a sloppy installation.The installers damaged two of the new doors and broke the faucet on my laundry tub causing some water damage. I spent way too much time trying to get FHIA to return my calls. If I had it to do over I would not do business with FHIA. So naturally I do not recommend FHIA for your home improvement project..

I really was impressed with the sales rep that came to our home. He took his time and was very thorough about what they had and what to expect. My only complaint is that the workers need to be more diligent in their work ethic.

Look up FHIA if you need hurricane windows. I am thinking about getting a hurricane door, too.
