First Restoration Inc. is a great company. They were very timely. They really take care of their customers and are very tentative about their needs.

I highly recommend First Restoration Inc, they are the best people I have ever worked with. My Mother's home had extensive water damage and they did the whole process. Kuddos to Lester Farley, Bryan Ross and Phil (flooring), each of you went above and beyond your services, thank you for all your wonderful help.
The contractors do not seem to communicate with one another well. I was never given a schedule of when each phase of work would be done. Many days that I was away from my home, no work was going on at all. It would have been nice to have information about when each phase would happen and who would be in charge of that part of the work.
My home literally flooded as a result of a ruptured water heater that spewed water for hours while I was gone.Living room, furniture, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, laundry room, and garage were all damaged. I immediately called my insurance carrier. First restoration arrived within a few hours. A team of professional and caring men and women removed standing water, damaged paneling, soaked wallboard etc. and began the drying and dehumidifying process. Next, undamaged items were packed and stored carefully in labeled boxes. Within a short time the contractors began the re-build. I was impressed by the professionalism and care First Restoration strongly exhibited. And I am thankful for their their help.

I would not recommend this company. The adjuster was great but had no follow through with his crew. He did the initial review and I paid my full deductible on that day but it was 6 weeks before the job was done. We waited only two weeks for the carpet to come in and the rest was simply waiting for them to communicate with each other. The "person" who was to be in charge of my job the "case agent" was purely rude. He would promise to contact the next day but would not until I called him two days later. The guys who installed the carpet were great as well as the ladies who packed my stuff. If only the adjuster had checked back with his crew and the "person" who was in charge. I this company would have communicated with in the the first two weeks it could of all been completed with in 3 weeks. The additional 3 weeks could have been avoided. I was disappointed of their lack of commitment once they received my deductible which I gave to the adjuster on the first day. Don't pay till the work is done. Paying in full and doing what you need to do does not make the process smoother but only delays the process.
I would definitely say less than a one.

Each and every employee of First Restoration has been great to work with. Given the stressful nature of our circumstance, they were extremely gentle, caring and responsive to our questions, concerns and requests. With all that we had to worry about and consider, their approach and professionalism helped to quickly build our trust and make this a much more manageable experience than we first expected. I am very pleased with their work so far and strongly recommend them to anyone that has to overcome a home or building disaster.

First Restoration showed up quickly with plenty of resources and rapidly got things under control. The entire team was great to work with - from the leadership to the people doing the work, they all worked hard and recognized that they were dealing with our home and belongings in a difficult time. The care they showed distinguished them from other groups that might have been able to competently perform the work.

First Restoration personnel were very friendly and conscientious. My only concern with the company was that I thought there was too much down time between some of the projects. In other words, I thought the scheduling should have been a little better. But, they're work was more than expected.
The manager Lester was very receptive to my questions and concerns, even after the work was finish.

They were very responsive to my needs at first. However after I chose not to use them they became unavailable and did not bring my son's football rug back.

They were here shortly after we called and the crew started drying out our house after it was flooded. They put us in a motel for 6 days until the worst was over. We did, however have a lot of clean-up after the wood floors were partially removed. Overall it was a great experience.
First Restoration removed wet carpet from our game room due to a sewer back-up. This back-up had also occured about eight years earlier. First Restoration actually found the source of the water entry. It was hidden underneath a cabinet that was totally sealed up and not visible at all! For some reason an uncapped pipe was sticking up out of the foundation there. Unreal! We had that unexplainable open PVC pipe capped and hopefully it will prevent any future problems. Needless to say we were thrilled with that discovery!
