The plumbers came out, turned the water off, and repaired the pipes that had split or burst. During the process of getting all the water cleaned up and out of walls, we had a new pipe burst in my closet that was full of clean clothes.I sat down on the side of the bed and just sobbed. One of the workers stopped what he was doing to ask if there was something he could do.He sat in there with me and reassured me the cleaners were going to come and take the stuff away. It had been a hard time; it was cold, and we had been without water. The fact that he sat down with me and tried to talk me off the ledge showed a quality of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy that you don't always see.I was touched; it was very gracious!

Chris, the General Contractor, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He stepped in to do additional work on flooring when the other person could not do it. The finished restoration of three areas was better than the original work in the laundry room and garage.
I am completely satisfied and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing restoration.
It took over 4 months to fix it. When they finished it in February, COVID-19 hit and the house was up for sale, so I can't sell it right now. Their timing was so poor. I couldn't reach anyone at the beginning. I finally got a project manager at the end that took care of it. I am very disappointed.
It was such a good experience. I dreaded it, but they made it so easy and comfortable. Kelly did a wonderful job! I was agreeably surprised.

A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
