Did a good job for me and cost was reasonable

We had a leak and called Findlay. The representative came out and repaired the leak and did a thorough inspection, which turned up another damaged area. He provided a reasonable price to repair that damage and saved us a second callout. I think we got an excellent job at a fair price.

Once started, the work was done continuously until completed - no change of crew or pulling crew off and on the job. The materials were some of the best residential materials available on the market. We are well satisfied with the workmanship and the esthetics of the completed roof.

I am highly disappointed in their customer service and their ability to work with the customer. I recently called them about a problem with my gutters. The sales manger, Jason, called me and said it would be a minimum of $500, and that's before he even looked at it.
