COMMUNICATION, I was kept “in the loop” ALWAYS!
Quality product goes without saying, but the install crew was WAY beyond Quality! I’ve been in construction all my life, taught apprenticeships, and was a licensed & insured contractor, I’ve seen allot of sub par contractors and workers in my life, Florida is in general horrible, this was an exception to the rule, Every step of the process was Excellent!

I love my new windows from FHIA no more noise in my house and the windows are excellent in would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I don’t know if this is always how things are done. The window installation was started in May. We had to keep calling to try to get the job completed. To date 7/26 we are still waiting for them to be completed. It’s just little things like clear communication that would have made us feel better about this experience.

The whole experience was first rate from beginning to the end. I was happy with every part of the process.

The only problem with a 100% non english speaking workforce is the customer has no way to communicate with the workmen. Our guys were outstanding but we would have liked to be able to talk to them, ask questions etc.

Steve Mammon was very helpful while initiating the install process. The install team was excellent; two brothers who really cared about the quality of their work. The salesman did a great job selling the product.
