Windows look great and the work was quality work!

The firm did everything they said they would do and did it in a workmanlike manner and were very professional.

From start to finish they were great. The salesman Josh was honest and upfront. The price was VERY fair, GREAT selection to pick from. FHIA kept in touch with me to inform me of delivery/install. (which was quick) The install crew did a great job and were very courteous. Also had GREAT financing available.

When doing counter tops my dry walls in kitchen was damaged.. I asked if it could be fixed... it was said they don't do that...so I have to get it fix

We highly recommend FHIA if you are looking for new windows. Not only do they meet all the standards for hurricanes, but they look good, and they definitely block unwanted noises.

You could be transparent and tell your customers about if their is condensation of the windows, which causes the windows to sweat and looks like the window was not appropriately sealed, they would be better prepared on the looks of the window.

I've had 12 windows installed in my home over the last year, as I wanted to split the project into two phases. High quality product, different installation teams who both worked well to tear out, prep, install, finish, and clean up their work area. The windows are very easy to open and I can feel the solid structure of this product. I would recommend this product and company to anyone looking for quality windows and excellent team to perform the work.
