One day install!

The construction workers were all efficient and hard working all day long. They came back after the inspection and finished and cleaned up really well.

I wanted aluminum frames and FHIA was the only Company that offered that at no additional cost.

Professional and thorough

Workers were meticulous and even helped remove blinds and put them back up. They cleaned up after they completed the job. It was like no one had been there, and boom, you had new windows!

The windows are thick and heavy making me feel more secure.

As with most projects there was a couple of snags. The large wall of sliders were not ordered correctly. There was never any pressure to accept something that was not exactly what we wanted. They reordered and finished without any problems. The delay was only as long as it took to get the sliders (less than 4 weeks). We were very happy with our experience from start to finish.

Sales didn't try to upsell me. I was given options, but no pressure. Each person I dealt with was very responsive. There was good communication with each step. They handled getting HOA approval.

When doing counter tops my dry walls in kitchen was damaged.. I asked if it could be fixed... it was said they don't do that...so I have to get it fix

We highly recommend FHIA if you are looking for new windows. Not only do they meet all the standards for hurricanes, but they look good, and they definitely block unwanted noises.

I would highly recommend based on my experience with the Installation Team and the quality of their work.

You could be transparent and tell your customers about if their is condensation of the windows, which causes the windows to sweat and looks like the window was not appropriately sealed, they would be better prepared on the looks of the window.
