Would recommend for roof replacement. But I still have an issue with Velux Skylight Replacement.

Overall, I am happy with the service. There were a few small things, a lack of attention to detail, that prevent me from whole-heartedly recommending the company to someone else. For example, the week of installation, I received a phone call from someone at the company with a voicemail just saying to call back. I returned the call, and a lady in the office said his voicemail was full but she would send him a message that I called. I never received a return call. The next morning at 6:45am there were workers climbing on our roof. That was a breakdown in communication that could have been remedied if he had just included the information in his voicemail that workers were planning to come out the following day. Secondly, when I spoke with the representative prior to signing the contract, we spoke about a rotten piece of soffit wood on our deck. He told me they could easily replace the board during roof installation. On the day of installation, the man who was out here with the workers said that wasn't communicated to him and his team. It's a small thing compared to the whole project, but the difference in my mind between an okay company and an excellent one comes down to details. Lastly, I know efforts were made to collect materials from our old roof; however, the amount of nails we have found on our property is astonishing. Within one 6' x 6' area of grass, we found a whole bowl full of nails with a metal detector. The day after installation, my husband had a nail go through his shoe and into his foot as he walked around our property. Again, I understand that there will be some stray nails after such a big project, but the quantity we've discovered is very surprising. We like our new roof, and the price was fair. We also appreciated how quickly installation happened after we signed the contract. I also appreciate that a downspout that was damaged during installation was very quickly replaced.

Bob Jones was the first person that came out to give an estimate. He was able to answer all my questions and set up a time frame. They have a notebook that they give and it answers questions that you forget to ask when they are here. He was very responsive to ALL my texts and calls. I was put on the schedule for my roof. The roofing crew arrived the day and time that they were scheduled. Daniel was who over saw their work and very very nice and polite man that brought the dump trailer and was on site the whole time the roof was being install and I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he made sure the work was installed correctly and in a timely manner and over saw the clean up. The clean up was fantastic you couldn't tell they had been here they cover all my flowers and bushes and they worked from 6:45 am till 9:00 pm their workmanship and cleanup were exceptional. Daniel was very nice and knowledgeable and kept me updated on their progress (I had some bad plywood they replaced) I would highly recommend this company for your roofing .
