They did exactly "what it says on the tin." Showed up on time, worked to schedule, pointed out and fixed a few extra things that came up along the way (thank you), and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with how they handled the permit with my town hall. I would give them a 3.5 if I could. Their technical work is excellent, but in terns of acquiring the permit they were disorganized.

I am not happy with them. My sister wanted to do her roof after mine was done, but I wasn't happy. The customer service isn't very good. I don't know what they did because it's on the roof. I don't speak English very well, so they should take more time to explain things. I told my sister to find someone else.

Express roofing was extremely well organized. When I requested a price quote online someone came out to my home the next day and provided it along with documentation and roof shingle samples. Installation was delayed due to shingles shortages caused those more in need down South hit by hurricanes. Once available the shingles and dumpster we delivered together and installation started and completed the next day. Dumpster removed the next morning.

I haven't received the warranty so I could have the written guarantee. I bought the 50-year shingles. The package I bought had a good guarantee. I got estimates from other companies and Express was the lowest. Though they didn't tell me about the flashing needing to be replaced, the other companies didn't either.

I had a great experience dealing with Mike and his staff at Express Roofing. They were prompt and professional. The installers were very efficient and thorough. I'm glad to have selected Express to replace our 25 yr. old roof, from dropping off the dumpster in the morning to cleaning up around the house at dusk, it was a very pleasant experience.
