I highly recommend Express Roofing for the following reasons:- Their proposal was the most prompt, had the most details of what was included, had a defined time period for work performance,and was the lowest priced, even for unforeseen problems like plywood replacement. I did upgrade the shingles to Duration Architectural shingles because of improved appearance and warranty.- They performed the work on schedule.- They quickly assessed the additional work required (my roof was in bad shape) and provided the additional cost. Total cost for the job was approximately the same as the estimates from other vendors for just the basic work.- My roof looks fantastic (lots of compliments) and my yard was left clean.I feel that I have received a quality installation of a quality product at a reasonable cost. What more could I ask?

I did a lot of research, reference checking and received a number of quotes. These guys were the best in all categories. To show this is an objective review by an impartial customer, I did have one small concern that I reached out on after the roof was done. They quickly responded, showed up when they said they would and the supervisor and his crew quickly resolved the issue. Showing up after the job is done, AFTER they have already been paid is the sign of real customer service. I highly recommend them.

They promised to get back to me on something, but they never did. We had an understanding to install gutters and gutter guards, but there was some miscommunication. If the customer has questions, get back to them. They could be more careful with communication with customers.

Express Roofing provided a quality job including replacing the lead flashing on the chimney and several pieces of plywood that had partially de-laminated. They left the job site clean and picked up the dumpster the day they completed the job.

Three issues:1. Flat tire in my driveway.2. They replaced my skylights and they did not replace them correctly. They had to return to correct the problem.3. After first rain storm it was clear that my gutters and drains were blocked. I had to hire someone to clean my gutters and downspouts that were blocked by roofing debris. They failed to clean gutters at completion of job.
