they did not honor the quote raised the price by 10% i had to pick up over 20 nails from my driveway. still finding nails in my lawn. very on happy see my google review.

I would recommend them but perhaps with a few caveats for people with old weird houses like ours.

This is the second time I have used Express Roofing. In 2000, I called a bunch of people to get ideas, and all these years later, they were more knowledgeable, and a better price. They worked hard to complete the job in one day. They are highly experienced, and I recommend them and will continue to recommend them if asked.

They did exactly "what it says on the tin." Showed up on time, worked to schedule, pointed out and fixed a few extra things that came up along the way (thank you), and cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommended!

I was disappointed with how they handled the permit with my town hall. I would give them a 3.5 if I could. Their technical work is excellent, but in terns of acquiring the permit they were disorganized.

I am not happy with them. My sister wanted to do her roof after mine was done, but I wasn't happy. The customer service isn't very good. I don't know what they did because it's on the roof. I don't speak English very well, so they should take more time to explain things. I told my sister to find someone else.

Express roofing was extremely well organized. When I requested a price quote online someone came out to my home the next day and provided it along with documentation and roof shingle samples. Installation was delayed due to shingles shortages caused those more in need down South hit by hurricanes. Once available the shingles and dumpster we delivered together and installation started and completed the next day. Dumpster removed the next morning.

I haven't received the warranty so I could have the written guarantee. I bought the 50-year shingles. The package I bought had a good guarantee. I got estimates from other companies and Express was the lowest. Though they didn't tell me about the flashing needing to be replaced, the other companies didn't either.

I had a great experience dealing with Mike and his staff at Express Roofing. They were prompt and professional. The installers were very efficient and thorough. I'm glad to have selected Express to replace our 25 yr. old roof, from dropping off the dumpster in the morning to cleaning up around the house at dusk, it was a very pleasant experience. I was away when Express Roofing replaced the roof. I paid 100% of the bill before I returned home, but discovered when I returned that one of the composite decking boards had been broken. Mike from Express Roofing sent someone over within a week to replace the damaged board. I was very impressed that Express Roofing fixed the damage, and so quickly, after I had already paid them!

I highly recommend Express Roofing for the following reasons:- Their proposal was the most prompt, had the most details of what was included, had a defined time period for work performance,and was the lowest priced, even for unforeseen problems like plywood replacement. I did upgrade the shingles to Duration Architectural shingles because of improved appearance and warranty.- They performed the work on schedule.- They quickly assessed the additional work required (my roof was in bad shape) and provided the additional cost. Total cost for the job was approximately the same as the estimates from other vendors for just the basic work.- My roof looks fantastic (lots of compliments) and my yard was left clean.I feel that I have received a quality installation of a quality product at a reasonable cost. What more could I ask?
