Office staff is working from home, and sales and production staff are practicing social distancing.
I was very happy with the work.
It's great, professional service.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They showed up when they were supposed to and were very professional.
I had a great experence!
They helped identify my structural issues. They fixed the issue timely and cost effectively.
The workers were excellent, they were very prompt. I would recommend them to anyone.
All of the workers were quite efficient, they knew what they were doing, and I appreciated the speed at which they did what they were supposed to.
Everyone was friendly, they worked very quickly and cleaned up after the job.
They are excellent.
I thought the pricing was a bit expensive.
Two separate problems successfully taken care of at our house.
Excellent work and great workers!
Damaged landscape and did not backfill around foundation. Dirt piled around bushes killed them. Settling left areas for water collect resulting in future water intrusion In Basement. Damaged and did not repair downspout pipes. Left rocks, branches and debris in yard. Did not return landscaping to original condition.
The solution to solve my concrete cracking and settling problem lasted just long enough for warranty to expire. I found out from another concrete company I could have had the problem solved correctly for about the same priced I paid Engineered Solutions.
Their sales method is awesome. They were very informative, helpful, explained the process from start to finish, transparent, and honest. They kept everything straightforward. It was a seamless job that was done ahead of schedule properly, prior to when it was needed to be done. They did an awesome job. What they missed was the finishing touch. They should have filled the cement holes at the end. I had to come out of pocket to get that work done and that's the only spot where they dropped the ball.
I am just glad to get it taken care of it. I was concerned about my porch and they took care of it.
See the above comments. I may have seen this better if we were not under such a time crunch to move.
Do to the nature of the work only time will tell if the job was done as well as expected. They were not able to raise the sunken area of the garage to the original level however we were told they could not promise this. The only negative is that my husband was not happy with the clean up of excess grout in the garage and had to show them that more would clean off before they would do it.
Very professional and thorough!
ESOG provided a professional appearance for the scope of work and for the initial inspection. However, their solution missed quite a bit. I had a rim band replaced due to long term damage. The inspector made the call for replacing about 8 feet worth a rim band. When they completed this portion of the job, literally 2 inches from where the new wood was install, was another 2 feet of very obvious damage. They could have completed the replacement work but did not. Instead they wanted to create a new job to finish what they should have fixed in the first place. ALSO the replacement rim band put a bulge in the flooring above the rim band and when I questioned them on it, the response was "The floor is now even with the house and that bulge is because the rest of the floor is uneven." They literally damaged my main bedroom flooring and did not offer to correct or make adjustments. It was to be another quote for thousands of dollars to "fix" what they broke in the first place. Also the main part of the job was replacing the main floor supports as the originals were no longer weight bearing due to wear and tear. They replaced these very well with supports that can get adjusted over time but never ONCE did they mention that it would be an additional charge for EVERY visit they do to adjust the supports. The salesman never mentioned it, it was not mentioned in any of the documentation and I had to call them to even find out what the cost would be. Very shady practices. Good work at very high prices but deceptive practices in trying to extract more $$$.
Engineered Solutions of Georgia was a whole lot cheaper than Aqua Guard, and they did a great job!
They did a great job for us.
On time, provided identity, knowledgeable and executed the repair with little hesitation. Cleanup was such as you would not know they were there.
They were great! I would recommend them to anyone.
I would highly recommend them, they did a very professional and top quality workmanship job.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Engineered Solutions of Georgia as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
