Four Season Sunrooms is a very professional, knowledgable organization which did a terrific job of changing our screened-in porch to a glassed in, climate controlled environment.
They fell short because they didn't install a latch correctly.
Sunroom addition is a worthwhile investment and a lot easier than moving.
Installation took way too long, due to installer's personal issues. Transition to existing roof and finish details could have been neater and daily cleanup would have been nice ...and safer.
The communication was very bad with the builder who did the porch. When the supplies came to the house, we had to unload it with the driver, which we should not have to do. That is not our job.
The communication between the builder, person at Four Seasons, and the costumer fell short of my expectations.
While the sales associate was great to work with, the schedule of the execution of work was very poor. It took almost 6 months to get the project completed. The final work was done well, although the caulking could have done better. I did appreciate the resolution of the wrong windows having been ordered and how this was handled.

Endless Additions did a wonderful job of glassing in my screened in porch. They were able to work on it several weeks earlier than they stated which helped me a lot. Some of the caulking around the frames shrunk, I called them and they took care of it the next day. I love my porch now even better than ever and it can now be used all year long.
