I cannot say enough good things about Clint Askins, Josh Wright and the empire installation team. They completed our roofing job start to finish in one day, were HIGHLY courteous, professional, and it was obvious they took pride in their work.

The project manager was on-site. I had some concerns and took the concerns to him and I don't think he responded adequately. There were some repairs needed, and I had to have a dialogue with them for them to come back and do the job and it got testy at times. Our attic has a front section and a back section and they were going to install a ridge vent and they installed the ridge vent on the back section. They originally did not install the ridge vent on the front section and I had to argue with them for them to come back and install the ridge vent on the front section. It may have been an honest mistake on their part, thinking the front and back section were continuous. We found a board that separated the front and back sections, and the front section needed to be vented individually. There was a lot of hot air that was trapped on the front section. Initially they said they wanted me to pay out of pocket for the front section but they did eventually do it without charging me. I feel they should have inspected the attic before the job.
