Emergency Restoration Experts seem to have good people working for them and they know what they are doing/ However, they seem like they have some loose ends in regards to employees as far as who does what; getting the right people where they need to be. If they can get that figured out, they will be a great company.

This organization employs unqualified workers to complete their jobs. Most of the projects at my home had to be done twice!
ERX is good at abatement work. Do not use them for the repairs. It will be a nightmare. You are better off with a good general contractor or if the claim is small enough act as your own project manager. If you use ERX you will become the project manager anyway. Always having to call them to find out when things will get done.
The lady from the office Tania was very friendly, nice and answered all my questions. The second guy that came out about the quote was better than the first.

Because it took so long to get started. I went through 3 different people coming out and saying that they'd be back. They never came back so the company would send someone else out. They said one was no longer with the company. I think they were all from different E.R.S locations but Mike was the fourth one that came out and actually returned.
The guys did an excellent job initially. Days after, they followed up and continued to monitor the situation until the sub floors were bone dry. Both men were cordial and professional. Would highly recommend this company for any one who needs this type of service.
