I was really happy with my project manager on the case. The gentleman who originally came out said he was fairly new and had to call in his project manager. The project manager came in a couple of times to answer a couple of questions. I recently moved into my home after the renters demolished it. Then the storm hit, and they came in to clean. He came in and answered questions. I was in a sensitive mindset. He was really helpful.
