Overall the job went well. There were two different project managers over two days. Finishing up the detail work could have been better.

The workers were polite and worked hard! The foreman was attentive. Douglas, the sales rep, was the best! My roof looks so nice. They also did a great job cleaning up.

The workers work so fast but very efficient! When they left there was no rubbish left only my gorgeous roof. All the neighbors love the ‘Sand Dune’ that I picked.

I did tell several people who was going to do and had done my roof before that it was Elite Roofing. I also explained the issues that I was having with the staff as far as getting them to call and schedule in advance and told them they can make their decision as to whether they would use Elite Roofing or not.

The biggest problem I had with Elite Roofing is that they wont call you back. It takes forever to get through to someone and the lines are always busy and you cant get in.

They came on time. They had someone clean up the yard and they did a great job. It was a really great experience. We didn't have to call them back for anything on the roofing. Our neighbors are the ones who suggested that we use them and I'm really glad that we did.

They were easy to work with and they communicated.

The only issue that I had was that after they were done, the front part of the gutter came loose. I have talked to Anthony about it and they have not come out to look at it. Where the new hangers are now, because of when they did it, they had to take the ice off the roof. I guess that ice left some debris, and they haven't come out to look at it.

Too big for their britches. When a customer contacts after not hearing from the company the response shouldnt be “we have alot of customers”. Let us go we will save the hassle!
