Very hard to be completely fair with my ratings as somethings were okay and the rest completely unacceptable. The team that eventually turned up to do the shingles were good. Did a good job and the end result is good. The main problem is the complete lack of communication. Appointments broken. A lot of time as a customer spent waiting for people who never turnedUp. Gutters were ruined while installing the roof and had to wait almost 5 weeks for new ones to be installed. Waited four weeks for flashing to be finished around chimney. Project manager was doing her best to help us but unfortunately she wasn't getting the support needed to make this a pleasant experience at all. Signed the contract in April and the job was finally finished in August. The owner or Salesperson did not come and inspect the final Job. Instead they sent a colleague to collect the check who had no idea how much we owed them and had no receipt to give us. Our friends recommended this company as they had previously had a good experience. They were left feeling upset and embarrassed. There are obviously some issues that need to be sorted out to make this company worthy of a recommendation.

These guys did a great job. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Cary and Joe were great to work with. I had an issue with too few vents. They worked with me on options on how to get it to the manufacturers (Owens Corning) specifications. They were very reasonably priced given the Owens Corning system, materials and warranty. I would highly recommend you give them a call to at least get a quote.

Fast efficient crew, kept things very clean. Did not like the way they threw bundles of shingles around on the roof, causing many nail pope in my ceiling drywall.

THE crew was very polite and helpful.

They are a great company to work with and they do what they say they are going to.
