We are 100% satisfied with every aspect of the project. I am retired and was on site every day, and as my wife will attest, I obsess over every small detail. Every concern, and there were very few, was immediately addressed to my satisfaction. The finished project exceeded our expectations.

Not sure you want this. I know the review seems harsh, but we are and were disappointed on so many levels. Please take it seriously, because it is not a slam to be sarcastic. We went with a Lancaster based business for the perceived quality. We really should have them back to look at issues, but I needed some distance from the situation because of the aggravation.

We had an exceptionally good experience with Eby Exteriors. We had two one-story rooms added on to the back of our home in a 2 month time period. We were impressed by the professionalism of Phil Eby, his employees, and all the contractors he hired to do different jobs. We have never had work done on our home before and didn't know what to expect. We did not feel inconvenienced in any way during the project. The project was done with little to no interference regarding our family and the use of the rest of our home. We were very pleased with Phil's suggestions and even more pleased with the end result! Phil Eby's high quality workmanship shows! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We feel truly blessed to have gone with Eby Exteriors for our project.

He also worked well on the timing of our project, and was able to incorporate our minor changes all throughout the process, which had a minimal financial impact on the job. Eby was very professional and courteous throughout the project. The materials they used were of excellent quality and they did not cut corners. During the installation, the installer pointed out that there seemed to be a mismatch in color on the siding after it was hung. My wife and I were surprised that he mentioned it, because we could hardly see the mismatch. They ordred new siding and replaced it in a timely manner. This showed that they stand by their product and expect quality workmanship.
