They did a great job reconstructing the bathroom.

While the work itself was fine, the impact on living around the process from a ridiculous wait time for the repairs was insane. 5 1/5 months to have the kitchen completed and still have the finish on the kitchen floor not being done is insane.

They have no work ethic or pride in their work. We had constant issues with them. Their painters are very disrespectful. The painters were talking about my partner and myself. We have cameras outside. They talked about us and our house. The painters and carpenters work was horrible. They didn't measure correctly. They did a horrible job caulking and left nail holes. They left nails sticking out of the trim pieces. They failed to fill in holes and cracks from the trend of the doors. It was horrible work. We would bring up an issue with their work and they would get mad and cuss at us. We were just telling them that it wasn't done right.

My project manager, Ruben Carreiro and his crew were very attentive and detailed throughout the whole repair project from start to finish. Whatever concerns I had during the process, Ruben was always available to take my call or text. Enrique and Jake were awesome too! It was a pleasure working with Ruben. He showed utmost respect and professionalism to make sure my bathroom, laundry room and floors were done to my satisfaction. I love how everything turned out and I would definitely recommend Eagle Construction for any home restoration and repair. Thank you so much, you all did an amazing job!

Starting the project seemed fine, Brenda is great at getting you to go with their company rather than choosing another. Besides that the communication is absolutely terrible, people come and go as far as who does what, they’ll be scheduled for your job then get moved around with ZERO communication, until you ask. Over promises and undelivered as far as timing. I’m still pending proof of what I owe or they actually owe me. I’ve contacted the floor company where floor was purchased so I’m aware of the amount spent and what the difference is. Lack of documentation until they want you to sign something to say the job is complete when I still have doors not put on properly. I tried to be very patient because I know projects often take longer than expected. When the people who work for the company actually show up their work is great, but other than that my experience was so-so.

Eagle Construction is really good. Everything went as planned. Eagle Construction did everything that I asked them to do, and they had a great attitude, which is important. I would highly recommend Eagle Construction to anyone. They are some of the easiest contractors I have dealt with.
