Troy was fantastic working with our insurance company. He had to come to our house several times to meet different people the insurance company sent because of the shingles on our roof. Troy was in constant contact with me and he kept me informed. DWC has a super employee in Troy. The roof is beautiful, they did a super fantastic job in cleaning up, the roofers worked until dark two days to get our roof finished. I will use DWC again and I highly recommend this company.

DWC did a great job and I am extremely satisfied.

I don't give anybody a 4, on anything; I am a freak about customer service. I manage sales team from all over the country, and that guy is one of the best people I have ever seen do what I do, in a different business. I'd be a reference for him; put me on top of the list. I'm not easy to please. I'm usually a jerk, but he's unbelievable. It's hard to express when somebody is impressed so much by someone. I live in a small town and watched him do multiple houses of people I grew up with, and they had the same reaction as he did with me.

I was not happy with the length of time it has taken them to complete the project and correct the issues that have been caused.

Randy Wilson is very professional. The day that we had the shingles delivered, a hails storm came up and ripped half the roof off. Randy was caring enough to stop by to check on the roof. He went to the hardware store and bought a tarp to put over the house even though they were starting the roof the next day.

I choose DWC Restoration to check my roof for hail damage because we had a number of homes that were effected. The rep was though, professional and very detailed. They keep me updated and did a great job for a complete tear-off and new shingles.

The whole process became a disappointment to me. The lack of communication was a major issue.
