We had an extremely positive situation with Dry Creek Construction. We were out of living in Concord at our house and actually moved into the house that Dry Creek Construction did the work for us on. It was a very positive interchange with them. They did a great job and they were extremely workable.
It was a terrible experience from start to finish. Our dishwasher leaked and destroyed the adjacent cabinets. We had high end natural finish cherry cabinets that couldn't be color matched, so everything had to come out and be replaced. The way the floor tile was, that meant the countertop and the backsplash had to come out as well.Dry Creek construction had a blank slate to work with and estimated the project from the get go. They lowballed on everything and put cheap garbage back in my home. In addition to that the workmanship and attention to detail was so bad that it took them 8 months before I get fed up and gave them a sign off just to get them out of the house (the drawer they "fixed" in that last visit fell apart less than 24 hours after they got their sign off and left).I've been a licensed contractor since 2006 and have worked in home improvement sales since 1998. My opinions are not that of a bitter customer, but of someone who has spent 20 plus years in this specific field. I went with them because they were assigned by my insurance company. Since we were dealing with Covid, I assumed it would be easier to have them come in and get it done than me having to deal with it while homeschooling kids and crazy work hours. I was hoping that within 2 to 3 months the project would be done, with minimal stress and we could just move on with our lives.Man was I was wrong. Bottom line, they failed at getting anywhere near the quality of what I had originally, communications were misinterpreted (on both sides) and their workmanship was lacking. I'm still kicking myself for not just taking the payout and doing it myself.
They were very professional. They did a really, really good job. When they were done they followed up to make sure that we were satisfied. It was great.
More than happy with them!
