Whenever I make a purchase, be it large or small, I *always* do my research. I spent a good amount of time asking neighbors and friends who did their roof or if they could recommend anyone. Referrals from friends is a very important thing to me as everyone knows if I suggest someone, they can pretty much bank it’s a solid choice. When my close friends suggested Dreamwork and to contact the owner, Charlie, I gave it a shot. Charlie was on time, professional, answered all my questioned and addressed any concerns I had. He spent an extension amount of time with me the day I called him to get a quote. Keep in mind, I already had numerous other quotes, none of which drove to my house and physically inspected my roof. Charlie was the only one to do this in person! Now to be 100% transparent, Dreamworx was a little more than the other companies, but the final product and what all came with that was more than worth it. Why? I’ll get to that shortly. All the other quotes stated 2 days to complete the project.
On the day of install, Charlie and the crew arrived on time and immediately began to work! They tarped off areas and they made every effort to treat my house like their own. Once the old shingles were removed, they started installing the new roof. About 20% into this, my HOA President decided my shingle color didn’t adhere to HOA guidelines even though others here had a variation of the color we went with. I immediately called Charlie and Dreamworx and within minutes I had almost their ENTIRE team at my side ready to handle the situation. This is where it really could have gone south but having them here and doing everything they could to make things work out was priceless. I never once felt alone or like I was handling this “issue” by myself! Once that was resolved, they continued and work was completed the same day, skylights and all. Cleanup was done with almost surgical precision, as they went over every area countless times! Then days after the install, they went over every area yet again to make sure no nails or debris was left as I have 3 dogs that use the yard and they know how important my dogs are to me. From the day of the install to now 7 months later, I still get compliments on the roof! Their entire team has exceeded every expectation I had and I know they value their customers. This is one company I know will do what’s right and I couldn’t be happier. I will always refer them to anyone that is inquiring about a new roof!

Top notch work from the very start of my inquiry right to completion and billing. This is a case study in how a service organization should be run.

They were very patient and amazing! They worked well with my insurance company. There were no problems with them, even though there was an issue with my insurance company. Everything was done in a day. My house was completely covered up like a construction zone. I wish I could have taken pictures. Everything was well done in 7 hours. When they were finished, they walked around with a magnet to find all the screws. I didn't find anything in my yard after they left. They were nice, neat, organized, professional, and early! One of my rain gutters was pulled down, and they came back and fix it with no questions asked!

The knowledge and quality of the roof seem to be excellent. The installation and clean-up, I don't feel that they respected my property. They really haven't followed up with me to resolve the problem.

Charlie and the team at Dreamworx did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. Charlie was great to work with. No high pressure sales pitch, no gimmicks, no devious sales tactics - just a straight-shooting evaluation, quote, and install. I got multiple quotes, and experienced some shady tactics from other roofing companies in the area, but not Dreamworx. They stayed in communication with me, started the job on time, and finished up about 2:30 the same day. Gutter and downspout replacement took place on-time 2 days later. The crews did a nice job of protecting the plants in the gardens, and did an admirable job of cleaning up afterwards. Dreamworx even let me keep a partial bundle of shingles just in case. Having Roofing Insights provide a $20K guarantee backup of the work from Dreamworx gives me great piece of mind as well!
