There is never any question about the quality I will receive when I use DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. They have exceeded my expectations and are far above most contractors I have use in the past. I would highly recommend them!

Dale is very professional from beginning to end, which is not common in the construction industry. We received quality product and service at a reasonable price, which equates to a good value.
Areas For Improvement - I can think of no areas we were not satisfied with.
Areas Of Satisfaction - Dale was very professional. We did experience some problems with cabinets (not Dale's fault) he handled and corrected the problems as quickly as he could.
Current Referrals - Not at this time, but we will surely recommend them if we do learn of someone needing their services.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Resolved any issues wonderfully, responds to emails phone calls, etcc very quickly. Also fixed our kitchensink plumb ing that broke while they were here, which was very convinent for us not to have to call someone, easy to just pay the little extra to have it done
Recognized Excellence - Dale Ressler best contractor we have worked with and we have done several projects to our house in last couple years, will definitely consider here first for our next projects. Exceptional communication and worked with our budget and last minute decisions. Great work.

I also appreciated the help of the design specialist. I felt a lot more confident knowing I was choosing the right colors and materials.

Additional Comments - MY DISSATISFACTION IS NOT WITH DREAMMAKER'S IT IS WITH THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETS. THE DOORS WERE NEVER RIGHT AND WERE TAKEN OFF ABOUT 5 TIMES. THE DOORS WERE TO HAVE A GLAZE ON THEM AND THE GLAZE WAS NEVER RIGHT. FINALLY I SAID JUST BRING THEM WITHOUT THE GLAZE. THESE WERE NOT RIGHT AND SENT BACK TO THE FACTORY. THIS STARTED IN NOVEMBER AND FINAL PAYMENT MADE IN MARCH. THIS WAS TO BE A THREE WEEK PROJECT. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH NICKS THAT ARE ON THE DOOR CORNERS FROM ALL THE TIMES THEY WERE TAKEN OFF. ALSO, THE WAY THE CABINET DOORS CLOSE. I HAVE A FEELING THE DOORS WILL NOT CLOSE PROPERLY AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME. I HAVE A VANITY IN MY BATHROOM THAT IS 30 YRS OLD AND THE DOORS AND DRAWERS CLOSE AND DO NOT BOUNCE ALL OVER THE PLACE WHEN CLOSED. NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY. I FEEL THE NUMBER OF TIMES THE DOORS WERE TAKEN OFF AND ON MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH HOW THEY CLOSE. THIS I BLAME ON THE MANUFACTURER AND QUALITY OF THE CABINETS. THE CABINETS ARE OF THE QUALITY THAT WOULD BE PUT IN A RENTAL PROPERTY NOT A PRIVATE HOME. LIVE AND LEARN. AGAIN I HAVE TO SAY DALE AND THE SALESMAN DID ALL THEY COULD TO TRY AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT SHORT OF GOING WITH ANOTHER MANUFACTURER.
