Original Design - Due to the fact that we are considered the geriatric generation...DreamMaker made suggestions that would meet our needs that I hadn't thought of...i.e, a handicap accessible shower, placements of grab bars, etc... I'm most grateful for their foresight as we have already benefitted from their expertise.

Construction Quality - Extremely satisfied with the workmanship. Not only were they highly proficient, but amicable...always willing to accommodate us even if the situation stopped the work in progress.

Recognized Excellence - Now I'm embarrassed because I'm not good at names, but if I could...all would be listed. The tile layers worked eight AM to nine or ten at night, plumber was nice to fix an additional problem, and the tile removers (altho one was ill) still always had a smile as he worked. I mentioned Steve above, but when you see "the boss" transporting concrete sacks in order to help---you know something is right. They all were amazing and it was evident they enjoyed what they were doing.

Dust & Dirt Control - We have parrots in our home--they have very delicate systems. We were very concerned about the dust and dirt affecting them. DreamMaker made sure to have a large machine here to suck out the excess dirt, etc. so we never had to worry about the birds becoming ill. We didn't have to remind them of this--they just knew how we felt and had the machine here during the worst 'dust' times. Such a nice gesture on their part. We really appreciated that.

Easier Than Expected - We were living in the house at the time, but it wasn't unbearable. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. They were really good about asking questions and getting our input on the placement of things. We're really happy. DreamMaker did a beautiful, beautiful job. It cost more than I wanted to pay, but I was amazed that they did as well as they did. I'm a really happy customer. I have another bathroom that needs to be redone and I'm sure I'll be calling them for that one.
