The workers took several tarps and left trash around the home. They also made mistakes on the roof and never did a follow-up.
The marketing representative was excellent! However, the customer service was lacking a little. I had a hard time getting them to return my phone calls.

Dream Home Remodeling ROCKS! We had an issue with the bottom rows of our siding that Dream Home had installed back in 2008. Tony in the office was so helpful and responsive. He sent Perez out to take a look and BOOM: Perez and his hard-working team came back to do an extensive full-day repair around the whole house. And even better, parts and labor were COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. You won't go wrong if you trust Dream Home Remodeling with your home improvement projects. Be sure to ask for Tony and Perez!!

The actual crew that did the roof replacement was fine. They did a professional job at a reasonable speed and left the job site clean. The problem with DreamHomes is that their office administration is terrible. No one seems to be in charge. Can't get emails answered. They rarely do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. Once they got their money, it was like pulling hen's teeth to get the warranty paperwork from Owens Corning, which is DreamHomes' responsibility. It was almost five months after completion before I got the paperwork. It's like they don't understand that there is competition in this market.
Most companies consider the job completed once paid-in-full. Dream Home invests time beyond contract completion to ensure that the customer's project goals and objectives have been met, that the quality of project materials and crew workmanship is exemplary, and that the customer is happy and completely satisfied with their new roof .
