Additional Comments - Overall, the parish at Saint Mary’s McGowan is most thankful for the excellent workmanship and professionalism demonstrated by the staff of Dr. Roof.

Once everything initially was scheduled they were ready to start ahead of schedule but I had to delay due to my own timeline but once started they got the work done quickly. They put a new roof on the house and the garage in only a couple days. My house is very old but they installed new vents for the attic so the attic could properly breathe. There were multiple stages and the last one was new gutters. They are still working to correct a couple issues but they are quickly coming out to correct.

Expertise - They used separate teams for each installation project. One team for the house, a second team came for the flat roof, a third team came out for the gutters and a fourth team on small details that needed to be addressed between projects.

The job was great The warranty so far have not received it to give to the new owner,have called twice,that was a big factor in having DR Roof do the job calling again today!

They were quick, efficient, and on-time. The job was supposed to take three day, and it took them a day and a half.

Recognized Excellence - The roofers were very quick and did an AMAZING job. The gutter people also had a challenge getting the old gutters out but figured a safe way to remove them.

I've been picking up nails and staples in the driveway since the job, and we had a flat tire because of one. I'm not sure if the wrong size nails were used on the exposed part under the roof (soffit area), but the nails punched through it, leaving hundreds of nail tips exposed all around the house. I didn't notice this at the time of the job, but I've come to notice it lately and it bothers me. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but I wouldn't think it is.

We would highly recommend this company and already have!

Everyone at Dr Roof was great with their attention to detail, emails to me and cc me with emails to ins company. I would recommend them any day. If we had a problem they were right on it.
