Not at all, very expensive, deceiving staff, we got cheated, wrong wall installed, loose electrical outlets, low quality ceiling, sub contracts unprofessional plumber.

I would NOT recommend this company if you are looking to actually have your job finished in the 2 weeks or 10 day timeline they tell you. They have the work crew on SEVERAL jobs and NOT solely on yours. So if you do decide to go with this product EXPECT later start days and early quit times and some no show days (call offs)The craftsmanship is ok but nothing is 100% completed. Very disappointed considering we had this system in our last house in a different area that one man (Dave D) put in by himself in 9 days including a bathroom. We absolutely loved because it was not just finished 1 day ahead of his timeline but it was beautifully finished craftsmanship.
We love our Basement System. The installer Steve was AWESOME! Installation took a little longer than expected but I am SO happy with the way it turned out.
I had the opportunity to be home the majority of the time the installer was working on our family room and the opportunity to deal with him on a daily basis. He was a true professional and answered any questions I had. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I recommend him very highly. I would like to thank the Mount Carmel, PA branch Production Manager who was instrumental in making sure we had an experienced professional, and both the Engineer (from West Conshohocken, PA) and Production Manager who drew up the initial plans for the project. The whole project was planned, carried out and completed to our total satisfaction. After waiting 20+ years, we finally have a family room we can be proud to use.

Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Dr Livingspace as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
