5 Stars - Quality Work and Excellent Support from Start to Finish

We recently had our roof and rain gutters redone by DLS Development, and the experience was excellent all around.

Our initial inspector, Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a clear understanding of our options. Sherry, our project manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. She always made herself available for our questions and promptly addressed any concerns that came up.

At one point during the gutter installation, one of the workers had nailed into a few shingles while installing the micro mesh gutter guards. We brought it up to Sherry, and DLS immediately took action -- they sent Daniel, another project manager, along with their roofer to inspect and fix the issue. They replaced the affected shingles and had their gutter team correct the installation. It was handled quickly and professionally, which gave us a lot of confidence in their commitment to quality.

The communication was solid, timeliness was good, and both the materials and workmanship were top-notch. DLS also matched prices and made sure we felt we were getting great value for our project. Being Owens Corning Preferred Contractors, we also know our roof is backed by a strong warranty and built with reliable materials.

If you're doing your research (as you should), make sure DLS is on your list of bids. They use quality products, stand by their work, and have a great team supporting the process from start to finish.

Iiked the sales person, but there were some issues that made it stressful regarding when work would start and getting all the info needed. too much waiting until the last minute. also, the inspector found that the piping leading into (I believe) the hot water heater was knocked out of place and left that way. I got the ladder out and the inspector fixed it himself. Also, high charge for use of credit card.

We had a wonderful experience with DLS.
