They were very professional. They came back out to check on the dry-out in my basement. They were here consistently and let me know when they would be here. They showed up on time, and the staff was very friendly. They did a pretty good job.

It was horrible they were never their when they were suppose to be they didn't even do a good job I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy

DK Konstruction responded quickly to the needs of a flooded utility room and replaced the tiles that weredestroyed ! My phone calls were quickly answered and The response was immediate! So very grateful!

The crews from DK were knowledgeable and professional in their respective areas of expertise. The other subs that did tile and wood flooring repair and replacement were also very good. Our DK project manager communicated well throughout the restoration process and was always concerned we were satisfied with the work. Good folks all around.

They did an excellent job on the water mitigation and demolition parts of the project and I would highly recommend them for that. However, I would strongly caution against using them as the General Contractor for the reconstruction part of the process.

It was worth experience in my life. Work that they promise me be done in 10 days took 6 month. 6 months!!!! Low quality job and cheating with materials. I have to check all the time so new materials be same quality as we had before.

Dallas Cook was very professional and always got back in touch with us. He had to be off from work and had two other gentlemen that called us in his absence. We knew everything that was going on, and they answered any questions that we had. They coordinated very well with our insurance company, and we are very pleased with all of the work that they did on their end while we were not there.

They are not done with their job. They didn't do what they said they would do.

My DVD player was stolen by the men that placed my Capet.

Carpet installers were awesome - quick and efficient. Cleanup crew seemed efficient. Administratively the company is very disorganized with lack of structure and communication.

DK Konstruction was not easy to work with, and they needed to come back 4 times to correct items that they did not get right the first time.
