The supplements were increased after we made a contract deal. They told us we wouldn't have to do anything else out of pocket, then we had to do more out of pocket than we thought.

Crew was very fast and effiecient with the tear off and bew roof. I did have my gitter damaged at the time of service which took me awhile to notice. I contacted them about it and they said it would be fixed that week. Fast forward a month, still not fixed and communication is limited.

The people were friendly and eager to get our home reroofed. However, first they needed extra time to start due to a storm in the area recently. We were ok with giving them extra time due to that. It was to be a one day job. Afterwards the crew came and worked hard and late. They were nice and tried to get done but there were only a few of them. They stated they would finish the next morning and it would only take about an hour. They didn't come. We called and they said someone would be there right after lunch. They did not come. We were waiting to make a trip out of state and were already 2 days late. We had to leave. Several times we called and there was no answer. Our son checked daily and let us know the yard was not clean and there were screws on the sky light windows that were missing, The first time he ran into a man working on the finish up and he stated that he ran out of the right screws and would be back the next day to finish. It was over a week before we got pictures that showed the screws were replaced and the yard picked up.

They took the time to explain the roofing and insurance claim process, and all of our options. The job was done very quickly (roof in one day), and they met our scheduling requests. Some trash left behind, along with a partial coil of roofing nails in the backyard. One of the good guys!

We had, at one point in time, another roofer who came out who demolished my roof with a ballpoint hammer, so I'm just a bit paranoid. They wanted to not fix my roof but replace it, but my insurance company got difficult (edited out obscenity) on that. So i'm grateful for divine roofing to quell my fears and walk me through each step of the process.
