Overall the experience added more stress to my current situation. Deadlines were never kept, I adjusted my schedule to be available at their request, but many times no one showed up. It was expressed to me that my needs were not priority. I suffered a greater financial lost dealing with this company. My insurance company trusted their expertise but surely must have not been aware of their business manners. Yes, they brought in equipment to dry my house and treat it for mold but each service required me to be persistent in contacting them. I experienced water damage on January 18 and it’s now two months later and I am still waiting to live in my home again. I waited a month or more to be contacted by a contractor. Finally, I felt that if any work was going to be done, I would have to do it.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.

The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
