The staff where great to talk to, however due to the leak in the new block, and the condition that my yard was left in I would not recommend their services.

We had a misunderstanding at the beginning but were able to resolve it quickly. The new steps are great. They are exactly what I wanted. People have commented on how well done and nice they look. A couple of people wanted to know who did the work for future reference in case they needed work done. I expect that the chimney will be repaired in the spring. I still have your ladder.,

Had a problem which called for follow-up and it was all done fast and clean.
