I would hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

This was an insurance job and a disaster. Everything they did had to be redone. It took 5 months and I had to call corporate to get a new crew to finish. Very poor quality work when they bothered to show up. They still owe me money for floors they had me purchase and they collected insurance for. AVOID USING THEM!

I was very disappointed with time line of work being done suppose to be 11/23/17 finished quality of materials was poor the granit counter tops was factory seconds the flooring was good I went with tile instead of hard wood they tried to push the wood floors the cabinets replace could not match the stain to uppers was told they would refinsh those in the beginning but wouldn't said they would restain the bottoms finally just said I am done, poor workmanship all the way down the board, would not reccoment them ever. to many corners cut quality poor

They never kept their scheduled appointments. This causing me to miss work quite a bit unnecessarily. They failed to turn off the washing machine water supply lines fully and re-flooded my kitchen/laundry area causing further damage to my cabinets. Not impressed at all.

The Decor supervisor with whom I communicated was very courteous and responded to my concerns promptly. However, he was completely unaware of what the actually crew performing the work was doing at any given time until I notified him. A job, which should have take a week-tops, took two months! The workers had to be sent back to my house repeatedly to correct their mistakes.
