Chris Tackaberry quoted a 28-day deck project. After over 2 months of work, it was finally safe to use but not complete. After another 3 months (5 months in total), our project still isn't complete. We were told the final component was being shipped to us on 12/17/2019. As of 1/18/2020, it still hasn't arrived and Chris refuses to return any of my messages.The overall look of the deck is beautiful and we are happy that we moved forward with the project. Had we known that there would have been so many headaches, the timeframe would have been completely ignored, and the fact that the project still isn't complete, we likely would have selected a different company.
