They took entirely to long to do the work. My house was build from the ground up in a shorter amount of time. It took several calls and emails to get them to fix things they broke or didn’t install correctly. I would never recommend this company for your restoration needs, NEVER!!!
Wow these guys are fantastic!!!! They took care of everything after a major leak in my roof ruined one of my bedrooms. When I say everything I mean everything: Initial inspection, price quote, destruction, mold removal, air cleaning, air quality inspection, reconstruction, matching the existing paint, painting the room and carpet replacement. From beginning to end they worked directly with my insurance company and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with their work.
We were very pleased with everything about DC Restoration. The workmen were just incredible - they worked very hard all day and their workmanship was amazing. Great work ethic!
It took almost a year to repair a hole in the kitchen wall. You can still clearly see where the hole was. They put new tile in the living room but it's thicker tile than before and now the front door won't open unless you force it. They said they were going to fix that and never did.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of DC Restoration - Tucson as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
