Davis roofing and Restoration was by far significantly superior than the other many, many other roofing companies I have used in the past. (Full disclosure there is one other roofing company I have been equally happy with.) I would absolutely, positively and unequivocally highly recommend Davis Roofing if you ever need a roof either new or replacement. Davis Roofing has been outstanding throughout our nearly two year roofing journey, as we worked through negotiations with our insurance company. Brandon M texted us periodically throughout that time, to to see how we were doing. He was empathetic and not pushy at all. I appreciate his no-pressure approach.

When it came time to do the roof, we worked with a designer to select a different roof color and external paint scheme. The look required a custom colored drip edge. Davis Roofing went above and beyond to obtain a custom drip edge for us that was exactly what we wanted, which I sincerely appreciate. We love the look of the finished roof and drip edge with our new paint!

During the roofing project, contractors were extremely respectful, from start to finish. The people who delivered the materials on day one carefully placed plywood in my yard to protect the grass from the tires of the lift that hoisted the pallets to the roof. You couldn’t even tell they’d been there after they left. Then, they cleaned up every day, including sweeping the property with a magnet to get loose nails off our property and out of our driveway so we could move our cars back in the garage at night without fear of puncturing a tire (or a foot). Also, the dumpster they placed in my driveway during the project had rubber tires to protect the brick driveway. Lastly, as a non-Spanish-speaking person, I appreciate that the supervisor who was on-site with the crew at all times spoke English so I could communicate and ask questions while they were here.

We had other similarly priced bids with reputable companies, but our experience with Brandon and Davis Roofing in the 2 years leading up to contractor selection is why we ultimately selected Davis Roofing. Based on that and our experience with the installation, I have no regrets whatsoever. I recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors.
