I think they are argumentative. I think they did a good job, but if I wasn't here, it wouldn't be the same good job that I have. There were too many arguments to recommend them to a friend.

They were the best of the 6 companies we interviewed for our six properties. They did what they promised on time. We had a couple of small issues and addressed them with Joe & Keith and they repaired every issue very timely. They were always cordial no matter what the issue was. The Davis Brothers crew did a good job. The use of the subcontractors was unfortunate and ruined the entire process for me. I should have felt confident about the process but it was just a headache.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Davis Brothers Roofing Inc. as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
