Everything about my new roof and gutter job went extremely well. The roofing crew were very professional. When the roof was complete the cleanup was exceptional. I had trouble finding one nail left around my home. A job we'll done!0

We were so happy with our project and how well the company addressed any of our questions or concerns. We will use them again in the future because I feel like they really take pride in their work, do things correctly, and want their customers to be satisfied. Highly recommend.

Strongly Agree, for work to be paid out-of-pocket, as the quality of work was good; Strongly Disagree, for work to be paid under an insurance claim, as D-Wing did not keep to their word of our verbal agreement at contract signing that D-Wing's charges for work performed under the State Farm insurance claim would be covered. However, in the end, D-Wing required me to cover the cost of work that was performed without the required State Farm preapproval and for which State Farm did not approve for coverage after-the-fact.

I've already given their information to a number of people looking for a roofing, siding or window contractor (and we had many "drive by's during the construction process). Our overall experience with them exceeded our expectations (and they set a pretty high bar for themselves from the very beginning). We're so grateful that we chose them complete our project (we initially considered other local contractors who were not as responsive or professional-one in Genoa was particularly disappointing). It all worked out for the best and the quality of the installation (and their professionalism) speaks for itself!

They were the most prepared of the firms from which I sought bids, scrutinizing what the job would entail.
The work was on-time without any surprises. The cost was fair and the people were professional.

D-Wing over-charged me $2,000 and refused to charge the agreed plywood price that was on our contract. They emailed and threatened to sue me and put a lien on my property if I didn't pay. I absolutely did not receive a fair value for what I paid. There were 5 code violations from the village. D-Wing knew I had a deadline to complete the roof. They installed on July 10 & 11 and left the roof with ridge caps that were horribly uneven, shingles not secured, plywood bowed with nail pops showing, left a dip in the valley and the raw edges of the plywood not covered. They did not agree to a complete scope of work to fix everything until October. They came back October 10 to re-do plywood in at least 7 places and replace shingles and ridge caps. They did not check the attic on the day they started. Their building permit was expired when they worked on October 10. They revised their Punch List at least 4 times before they agreed to fix things and they still ignored some that did not get done. I am not at all satisfied with their work. I picked up debris from both times when they worked. My neighbor had nails on his driveway from them.

D wing was outstanding group to work with. They were quick, efficient and fair! John was wonderful to work with and kept me informed and educated all the way through the process. Would strongly recommend the team!

I usually don't leave reviews, but my positive experience with D-Wing Constructions and the D-Wing team, especially Christian Martin, warrants to write this review.Due to storm damage back in 2022, our roof had been in need to be repaired, as we had water entering through the roof. Coincidentally talking to a co-worker at that time, he mentioned D-Wing and how happy he had been with their services, especially, because D-Wing had not talked him into unnecessary repairs or replacements with his property. After contacting D-Wing, they swiftly sent someone out to assess the situation and patched the severely damaged part straight away, in order to avoid further water entry. It turned out that the storm had caused much more damage than expected and the shingles and gutters needed to be replaced, as well as some internal water damage repairs were needed.Christian from D-Wing took the project from there and managed pretty much all insurance related communication directly with the insurance and the adjusters, I got a sense what a daunting task that was! Most importantly, Christian demonstrated genuine customer care and we could not have been happier with the interaction with him as well as with the result of the repairs and shingle replacement. At no point he talked us into anything unnecessary, although we opted to apply leaf guards on our own expense, but he recommended to apply them only where really beneficial, which was on the back side of the house. Needing to replace our siding at some point over the next years, I would absolutely go back to D-Wing, based on their excellent customer service, painless handling of insurance related interactions and overall outcome of the project. Not trusting all reviews on the Internet anymore, this review here is written, because we were genuinly satisfied.P.S., I forgot to mention that shortly after the start of the project I received a call from the owner of D-Wing, thanking us for choosing D-Wing and offering to call him with any concerns, which we had no reason to, as everything went as smooth as it could get with the project, thanks to Christian's professionalism.

I had researched online the Owens Corning roofing system, and decided to choose a contractor with excellentreviews and a top rating by the manufacturer. D-Wing was my choice!

The D-Wing team did an excellent job with re-siding our house. Having a 100-year-old house, when you start to tear off the various layers, you get more than expected. The D-Wing handled the unforeseen issues in stride and addressed them as they come up, not looking to take advantage of the situation but providing great solutions to the newly discovered 'opportunity'.

Writing this review nearly six months after the job is very easy to do, due to the tremendous experience working with Brian and Kyle at D-Wing Construction. In a time where we've come to accept mediocrity, they were nothing but first class. D-Wing provided an excellent value for the cost. Brian "sold" me on the job by understanding that I did not want any surprises. Both he and Kyle, the project manager, kept me informed throughout the process and delivered on everything that we agreed upon. They weren't the least expensive, but I am confident that they provided me with the greatest value for me money. I highly recommend them !

My project involved demo and replacement of most of my home's exterior: siding, trim, soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, leaf guards, entry doors, and porch and balcony decking. The work was done during winter months, January-March. I had initial concerns regarding the quality of work that could be done during that time of year. But I was delighted with the great work done by the crew and the result was (and remains) superb. A neighbor of mine saw the job from start to finish and was so impressed that he contracted D-Wing for exterior work on his own home.

I did my research, discovery, "homework", and interviewed 4 different contractors and ultimately selected D-Wing Construction to replace my roof shingles, gutters, and downspouts due to wind and storm damage. I spoke with several employees within the D-Wing team but primarily dealt with Christian who made working with my insurance adjuster non-eventful. Their team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire process from negotiation to installation was rather seamless, on-schedule, and I was timely apprised of each intermediate step in the process. There were a few after installation items that needed follow-up attention, and Christian followed through to address all items to my satisfaction. Overall, I'm pleased with the finished product / project and received several compliments from neighbors regarding how nice the roof shingles and gutters complement the property.

We were very pleased with window replacement by D-Wing a few years ago, so of course we included them on our list for roofing estimates. I was actually leaning towards another company, but was interested in what D-Wing had to say. While the other salesmen spent about ten minutes inspecting the roof, John was the only one who took time to also thoroughly check both attics for proper insulation, leaks and ventilation from bathroom fans (which we didn't have). We also did not have drip edge/gutter aprons that another company had failed to install years ago. He addressed all of our questions and concerns and explained all the details of the project. The six-man crew was very efficient and clean-up was extremely thorough. John and project manager, Kyle, were both on site during the work and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Bottom line - we chose D-Wing and are thrilled with the result.
