They did a really good job helping us deal with the claim from the insurance. They gathered data on the old shingles and showed that the shingles that the insurance were suggesting were not compatible. Not only that, but they came to do the job on time, and they did great work and finish it all in one day with good clean up.

I was nervous going into that. I'd never done anything like that before. They explained things to me. Everyone was super nice. They did an exceptional job. When they were gone, you couldn't even tell they were here. I can't say enough good things about them.

The service from beginning to end was impressive. A supervisor representative assessed and inspected the roof and returned on multiple occasions proving the insurance adjuster from E-Compass false claims. After months of dispute and finally making a claim to the Ohio Department of insurance consumer agency. The insurance company in most of the claims to be incompetent. Sword roofing helped us through this process of evidence and when the roof was replaced took additional video showing proof beyond a reasonable doubt for the consumer agency. The replacement of the roof was fast, professional, with materials of the highest quality. The service was always professional explaining a layman’s understanding. I cannot thank you enough for the carrying service. Side note If you have E-Compas insurance get rid of it. We never used Insurance and the one time after 26+ years we are still disputing with big Insurance. Thank you sword for the outstanding service.

Everyone was on top of the process and communicated with us. They came right in at the exact price as the estimate, and got the roof done in one day. We were very happy with how everything worked out.
