I think it feels good that you can trust someone to come out and do the work, and you don't have to go behind them and tell them what they did wrong or tell them to clean up after themselves. I didn't have to do any of that, and to me that is worth the money there.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied in terms of the overall project, the recommended materials for the roofing, the cost, the installation, and the quality of work that was done. They actually found the source of my roof leak that the adjusters did not find. They carefully took the roof apart, so they were able to find the missing flashing. I was very happy about that.

Areas For Improvement - The roof vents are a lot warmer that it was before I removed the vents. The ridge vents don't cool the house and the attic as well as what I had before.
