Never knew when the laborers were coming . Bad Communication
Due to the unprofessionalism of the subcontractor, I cannot and will not recommend this company.
They're polite and really work hard.
Everybody worked professionaly and always kept us informed.
They were always on time and available with a minimum amount of notice. The did excellent work!
The work that was done was exceptional.

Tried to scam us by sending a bill for $700 after our insurance had already paid.
They responded quickly and it was after hours.
The water mitigation site was very helpful, although they weren't very helpful in the construction rebuild.
The work was done over the holiday break, however, they were responsive, did a good job, were on time, had good communication, and came back and fixed an issue.
Job was unprofessional. Corners were cut to try and dry out the walls which caused mold. We had a flood issue. they never contacted me. The project manager never told me anything,

The guy in charge of the crew was pissed that we had another guy there to fix the roof. We did that because CRBR would not give us an estimate for repairs. So they tarped the roof and the roof leaked again the next time it rained. All they did was cut the tree that fell and poorly tarp. They charged our insurance over $3000 for that!! They didn't even take the pieces of tree away! I would NEVER use them. I have to say the ladies on the phone were very nice.
Always on time, very friendly and wiling to explain things to me. I was pleased with all the things they did here and helpful putting my furniture back like I wanted. Great group of guys!!!!
They did fantastic work and they have great craftsmen working for them.
The response to the water dry out was good, getting a quote to repair was not, took to long called a number of times to finally get Tamora to call me back, got a price right away from some one else and Ins. approved right away so there was no need to call Tamora back. I am all good now, if need be I will you again not mad just needed to move as quickly as possible for the tenant. No need for me to answer the rest of these questions. Thank you

Was scheduled to start removing old carpet, painting, and installing new carpet on October 26, 2020 on October 25 I called to see if they were going to show up and they told me that the carpet had not even been ordered yet. Took another two months to finish this project for a total of four months. At the time of the final bill that I owed after insurance payments I offered to pay them on the phone with a credit card but they wanted to charge a fee for using the credit card. When they went into agreement with the credit card company they agreed to NOT charge extra for using a credit card. Then on the final bill it was incorrect, they were trying to charge me a little over 450 dollars too much. BUT, on the good side, the work they did was good. They did do a good job but the timing was horrible.
There was an issue with communication within a prompt time. It took over 5 months to get our kitchen done. I suspect it was not all their doing, covid had a part. There were some questionable practices and they weren't around to address them. They did try to accommodate us. Distance was an issue, their office is 2 hours away from where we live. There were things that were out of their control in terms of materials. Communication was a big issue. We're not out to reprimand. We just want positive open feedback. Their workers were kind and helpful. I just have issue with appropriate training with one person. He didn't take precautions with an area. He didn't close off an area that was sanded and it got debris all over that area. They offered to clean it. He also unplugged our refrigerator while they were painting. If our neighbor hadn't have checked it and told us it would have been an issue. We live very far from where we can get food so that would have been a problem.

Cleanrite Buildrite is very good at communication. They responded to my calls quickly and were able to get the job done on time.
There were certain things that they did great. It was a huge job and a lot of money. At the end of the job, there were a few things they said they would take care of but then sent me an email saying they would not. There were some googles, shoes, and a rug that were either misplaced or ruined. The driver said he dropped it off in the garage but did not. Later the company called to say that they found the missing items. I am not sure that I would recommend them. I was very pleased at first but now I'm not so sure.
The company was quick to respond and quick to clean up. There are no lasting issues and they gave very good recommendations on follow ups.
We were very satisfied with the job that CRBR did perform for us at St. Boniface Church and parish hall. The crew was very polite and cooperative. The office staff made sure everything was done perfectly and that we were happy with the job when it was completed.

I was pleased with the competence and professional attitude of all the company's employees. Furthermore I appreciated how quickly the company responded to my request to rectify a problem that developed after the job had been completed.
I thought that the communication was weak--that we did not communicate well and promptly sometimes. It was not all the time, but it was sometimes. The quality of the work was spotty. The carpentry work was excellent. The painting was okay. The gutters had to be redone. It was so badly done the first time, but I didn't have to do that. CRBR did that, recognizing that it was badly done, and having it redone, so overall, it was not a bad experience. It would be somewhere between the two highest ratings, but I recognize the difficulty finding quality workmen.
We have used them for many, many years. They are awesome and always do a great job! They have done water damage cleanup, carpet cleaning, and building damage work. I would highly recommend them! Cleanrite Buildrite does a great job and are very professional. I have 80 units, and they are very good with our residents! They are just excellent!
I was hoping for faster service and a neater outcome.
They were accommodating, prompt, they considered my own time needs and when something was not working right they came back and fixed it quickly. I was pleased with that.
Prompt response to Sunday morning call for cleanup of "sewer" overflow.
It felt like it wasn't a priority for them until t hey needed something from me.
It just seems like it took forever to do it and there was a missed opportunity to buy flooring when they were here working on other stuff. The guy put the flooring in the wrong way.
