It's been a very bad experience. I gave them two claims from State Farm. The cleanup part went well, but the building/ construction part was terrible. It took so long. They also did all this testing for asbestos, and some of it I don't think it was called for. They keep coming after me for money. They're supposed to get it settled with State Farm. This is up to fairly recent. It's been almost a year. The first instance was on Sept 19th. It's just never ending. I'm not sure when it's going to be over. I did send an email to my insurance agent and let them know not to refer CRBR and CC'd the CRBR CEO.
They were very friendly, easy to work with, and dedicated to make sure I was happy with the work.
Wonderful employees; great work; maybe just a little more communication between mgrs/actual workmen/admin personnel!! Why? Seemed like every day we got a phone call and/or an email of yet another paper needing signed; got irritating!
I would be very careful using CRBR. I think it probably depends on who runs your job. I was very disappointed with my experience. I could not let them finish the job because of issues that we could not resolve.
Very professional. Kept me informed through the whole process of what was going to happen and the work was of high quality
A real good company and I appreciate their services.
I was very happy with everything. There was no smoking and no cussing. There was a good cleanup. The guys worked on all different things when I had a fire at the house. They always let me know when they were coming or leaving, going to lunch, and when they'd be back. They were very polite.
Prompt, courteous, professional, and they came out very late and stayed until carpet drying was started, returned daily to check drying.
Several mistakes were made, and the overall process was not smooth.
It took them over 2 years to complete. The quality of the work is breaking down. I have only been in the home 2 months.
I have already recommended a friend and they have used the CRBR Sacramento office to do repair work after a bathroom water leak.
I would considering the quickness of the work done once they arrived.
Working with the team at CRBR was great and Ryan especially was very helpful. Some of the sub contracted crews were not.
The only reason I would not recommend to my friends is because they outsource a lot. They do not do everything in house. For example, when it came to countertops and the marble, they do not do everything in house. They outsource. I do not like the fact that they outsource, it made the job a lot longer than it should have been.
Company does wide variety of services
It took them 4 months to repair my home. It took way too long and I feel as if I was forgotten about and I had to constantly call to find out when my home would be started. I had to stay at a hotel for 4 months and that was not satisfactory.
Arrive when they are scheduled.
I will not work with CRBR again.
While the mitigation work performed by CRBR was excellent, the repair was extremely poorly coordinated and was delayed an unacceptable amount of time.
CRBR s very responsive and were very helpful for us with our COVID precautions.
CRBR was not responsive in scheduling my repair work.
The initial communication wasn't very good and the quality of the work as well. It had to be re-done
CRBR had a quick response to come to take everything out but they have been slow to do the repairs.
I was very pleased with the quality and efficiency of both the mold removal team and the construction team.
They were very good company with great workers.
They took too long to get job done. They had too many different workers on-site. Some workers had to redo some work for previous workers.
Came as scheduled but that is the only part that went well. Employees came for signature of job completion and there was still water under the house, so much that the company sent them back to pump next day and it took all day, they didn’t ask for completion form to be signed then just took off and months later still water under the house noted by insurance company. Waste of money and time, did not complete the job and never made it right
They were timely and reasonably priced. The results were okay.
Everyone was very professional. They were quick to answer all my questions and they cleaned up every day before they left!
The service was good.
The team at CRBR was great to work with. Any delays I experienced were due to the countertop company's issues.
They were the most friendly and the most professional at CRBR. There are not enough words to say about what a wonderful job they did! They are extremely pleasant to deal with!
We have used CRBR before and found them to be responsive, helpful, and caring. We would use them again.
My insurance rep arranged for CRBR to clean up indoor water damage caused by a storm. The process of how they work wasn't explained well to me. However, the resulting work was great quality and the workers were very courteous. I didn't choose this company for this project, but I would choose them again.
They did the job right.
Chris and Daniel kept me informed of what was happening with all aspects of the repair I needed done. Was pleased with the communication and my questions were answered in a timely fashion.
They did half the job and never came back.
Never knew when the laborers were coming . Bad Communication
Due to the unprofessionalism of the subcontractor, I cannot and will not recommend this company.
They're polite and really work hard.
Everybody worked professionaly and always kept us informed.
They were always on time and available with a minimum amount of notice. The did excellent work!
The work that was done was exceptional.
They were courteous, kind, and considerate of our home when they were working!
I think CRBR are one of the best players in the commercial market
Aside from pandemic associated slow downs the work was amazing thorough and the employees were respectful and considerate and on point with their skillful execution of my kitchen reconstruction!
CRBR was polite, kind and helpful!
Tried to scam us by sending a bill for $700 after our insurance had already paid.
They responded quickly and it was after hours.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of CRBR Property Damage Services as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
