They did eventually get the job done, several months after the initial estimate. My job was small and not a high priority for anyone.

The first guy that came out only had one machine, and we questioned him on it, and he said you only get one machine, but we noticed the smell really didn't go away 100%--so when we called to have them come back again, they just counted it as 75, and they knew they made a mistake. It was great customer service. They really did amazing. You gotta give credit where credit is due. You have to believe the reviews.

The representative did a good job of defining and explaining the scope of work needed to repair the water damage from a roof leak. He was helpful in answering all our questions. He was prompt and brought dehumidifiers and fans to help minimize the damage before the demolition could begin.
They show up on time when I need them the most.
I am having trouble with their accounting and billing department. I have not been able to resolve this issue, their language of the paperwork leaves a lot to be desired.
The only problem that I had with them is that when they installed the sink, they put the garbage disposal on the wring side. Also, the hose for the sink sprayer isn't long enough. It could have been another 6 inches longer. We have a double sink and it is hard to get it to reach over to the other sink. It only goes about halfway. That is the only complaint that I had.
I was happy to find CRBR to build a fence and install a driveway gate. Finding anyone to do anything in Los Molinos is a challange. Once the job got started there were several changes made to the original estimate and this is where I think CRBR fell short. A change order was not always done and the origianl estimate was hard to read with added expenses built in to cover overhead. I understand it is a bigger than average company with several offices and management level personnel and I believe that for this the cusomter ends up paying more than with a smaller company. Also, the job was started at the beginning of 2019 and took around 8 to 9 months to complete which was way outside the contract estimate.
