It's been a very bad experience. I gave them two claims from State Farm. The cleanup part went well, but the building/ construction part was terrible. It took so long. They also did all this testing for asbestos, and some of it I don't think it was called for. They keep coming after me for money. They're supposed to get it settled with State Farm. This is up to fairly recent. It's been almost a year. The first instance was on Sept 19th. It's just never ending. I'm not sure when it's going to be over. I did send an email to my insurance agent and let them know not to refer CRBR and CC'd the CRBR CEO.
They were very friendly, easy to work with, and dedicated to make sure I was happy with the work.
Wonderful employees; great work; maybe just a little more communication between mgrs/actual workmen/admin personnel!! Why? Seemed like every day we got a phone call and/or an email of yet another paper needing signed; got irritating!
I would be very careful using CRBR. I think it probably depends on who runs your job. I was very disappointed with my experience. I could not let them finish the job because of issues that we could not resolve.

I was very happy with everything. There was no smoking and no cussing. There was a good cleanup. The guys worked on all different things when I had a fire at the house. They always let me know when they were coming or leaving, going to lunch, and when they'd be back. They were very polite.
Prompt, courteous, professional, and they came out very late and stayed until carpet drying was started, returned daily to check drying.
Several mistakes were made, and the overall process was not smooth.
It took them over 2 years to complete. The quality of the work is breaking down. I have only been in the home 2 months.
I have already recommended a friend and they have used the CRBR Sacramento office to do repair work after a bathroom water leak.

Working with the team at CRBR was great and Ryan especially was very helpful. Some of the sub contracted crews were not.
The only reason I would not recommend to my friends is because they outsource a lot. They do not do everything in house. For example, when it came to countertops and the marble, they do not do everything in house. They outsource. I do not like the fact that they outsource, it made the job a lot longer than it should have been.

It took them 4 months to repair my home. It took way too long and I feel as if I was forgotten about and I had to constantly call to find out when my home would be started. I had to stay at a hotel for 4 months and that was not satisfactory.
Arrive when they are scheduled.
I will not work with CRBR again.
While the mitigation work performed by CRBR was excellent, the repair was extremely poorly coordinated and was delayed an unacceptable amount of time.
