While the mitigation work performed by CRBR was excellent, the repair was extremely poorly coordinated and was delayed an unacceptable amount of time.
CRBR s very responsive and were very helpful for us with our COVID precautions.

Employees came for signature of job completion and there was still water under the house, so much that the company sent them back to pump next day and it took all day, they didn’t ask for completion form to be signed then just took off and months later still water under the house noted by insurance company. Waste of money and time, did not complete the job and never made it right
